Munif Ali

From humble beginnings, Munif Ali carved a path that made him a serial entrepreneur with multiple billion-dollar businesses under his belt. At the young age of 20, he made his first investment in real estate, which started a highly successful career in the field. Through dedication and hard work, Munif built an extensive portfolio consisting of hundreds of properties.

Today, Munif is the esteemed Founder and Chairman of Pacific Playa Realty, an independent urban luxury brokerage based in Los Angeles, CA. The brokerage boasts over 100 agents and focuses on serving underrepresented areas in the business community.

Driven by his passion for empowerment, Munif launched a national franchise office in Los Angeles, once again emphasizing representation in underserved areas. This move led Pacific Playa Realty to rapid growth, attracting over 250 agents within its first five years.

Munif’s dedication to uplifting others is evident through his commitment to training and mentorship. With proprietary sales and training programs, he has successfully trained over 500 agents, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in their careers. His belief in a “wholeistic” approach to peak performance underscores the importance of growth and development.

Teresa is the CEO of Pacific Playa Realty. Since the brokerage’s inception, she’s been the driving force behind its stellar reputation of having the most productive agents in the areas that the brokerage dominates. Teresa has trained hundreds of agents by using sales logic, propel and empower to consistently build million-dollar producers. In addition to being one of the top producing agents in Los Angeles, she has served as the broker and general manager of the office. Teresa also comes from a family background in civil rights, which has helped her champion for inclusiveness in the workplace.

Darryl Gallien

Since Pacific Playa’s inception, Darryl has been an instrumental part of its development and growth. The third agent to join, he officially stepped into the role of broker of record, bringing a wealth of knowledge as an investor, a landlord, and a seasoned real estate professional. His expertise continues to enrich our team of agents.

Rochelle Pegg

She also serves as a pivotal community leader and a beacon of guidance for our agents at Pacific Playa Realty. Rochelle has been instrumental as the director of our mentor program. This program is designed to take new and returning agents into production immediately while equipping them with the essential skills to shine in the field.

Living by the ethos “Each one, teach one,” Rochelle uses her position to inspire seasoned agents to share their real estate wisdom with those just starting on their journey. Her extensive involvement and leadership have paved the way for the company’s success and future goals. With over three decades of experience as a stellar professional and producer in real estate, Rochelle’s contributions have been invaluable.
