I am military and reached out to Carole to find some housing to rent and she was so helpful and responded timely and was excited to address my needs and find the right place for me. I ended up finding a military special lease, but had so many wonderful options with Carole helping me. Rentals were being picked up within hours of posting and she was on top of it. She is responsive and finds you what you want housing. Your families needs are also highly recommended her because she was quick and great at finding me many options in a quick market.

I met Carole at an open house in the initial phase of my house hunting. To be honest I wasn't sure that I needed a realtor; as a few friends of mine hadn't had particularly good experiences with the ones that they'd engaged. In short, each friend had found their own house and then had to walk their realtor through all of the steps - paperwork, negotiations etc. So, I couldn't see the point. I DID NOT have this experience with Carole. She is thoughtful, responsive, knows the market (native to LA and has lived in various communities), has a wide network that extends from listing agents to contractors. She helped me to purchase a home, which is vastly different than buying a property. She patiently walked me through the process - while maintaining a professional distance that allowed me to make my own decisions. A lot of the time, what one thinks one wants going into a house search is not where you land. Or more precisely, I bought the house that I really wanted, by learning to understand my priorities during the search. Now, I am able to create the home. Carole was instrumental in this journey. BTW, all this happened during strict COVID policies. My search began in March 2020 and ended in Jan. 2021. Carole is truly a professional and is she is also kind. Kindness counts because it's one of the truest equities.
