William Billy Cottles

William Billy Cottles grew up in the communities of Leimert Park and Windsor Hills, and has been familiar with the local area for over four decades. William’s parents, Dr. William Cottles Jr. and his wife Catherine, have taught him integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.

William transitioned to real estate from a successful career with Toyota, where he was known for integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction, putting his clients’ needs first. William has been in sales since 1996, working previously as Internet Fleet Manager for Longo Toyota, where he was not only at the top of his field in customer satisfaction, but also recorded over 3,500 individual sales, was amongst the top 3% in volume nationwide, and personally accounted for over $100 million in auto sales volume in his time with Toyota.

In his spare time William enjoys golf, cryptocurrency, church, and family activities.
