Nathan Derry

A master of negotiation, Nathan Derry now aligns his accumulated residential real estate expertise with the diverse and dedicated support team at Pacific Playa Realty, a brokerage noted for consistently closing multi-million dollar deals across the Greater Los Angeles area.

Beginning his career in 2004 with a role in property management, Nathan quickly ascended the ranks to become a Regional Supervisor while honing his skills in organization, marketing, and strategy. All the while, he kept his clients’ interests at the forefront of every decision, covering them from the initial proceedings to beyond the close of their transactions.

Accessibility is central to Nathan’s realty style as he prides himself on always being a mere phone call away when representing his clients’ various needs. He believes it’s important to create a comfortable environment in which professional expectations are clarified from the outset so that he can most efficiently get the results his clients want. Thriving on client referrals, he often says “A happy client is the best advertising you can get.” In maintaining successful relationships with clients past and present, Nathan holds consistency, reliability, and accountability sacred.

When not going to bat for his clients, Nathan loves to unwind with his Frenchie, Olive. He’s a proud member of LAFC Pride Republic, a renowned advocacy group who works to improve access, equality, and justice in sports. His membership also allows him to catch the occasional Los Angeles Football Club match! Valuing community, Nathan is also an active member of Cheer Los Angeles, a 501c3 federally recognized non-profit raising funds and awareness for charities, and has served as part of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America.
