Teresa Williams

Personable and outgoing, Teresa is a Realtor who has earned credibility as a conscientious, committed and determined agent to her clients and other business associates. Teresa’s passion for real estate is apparent and is enhanced by her excellent communication skills and warm and friendly approach. She understands that selling and buying real estate can be a challenging endeavor. As a professional Realtor, she is highly organized and skilled in managing her clients through the process and facilitating the transaction. Her transparency and commitment to service enables Teresa to build and retain genuine, trusting and lasting business and personal relationships.

Before becoming a Realtor, Teresa has a 20-year background in the housing industry as an inspector and Housing Specialist for a local city government agency. During these years Teresa has gained vast knowledge of the housing industry handing contracts, leases, knowledge of federal regulations, and overseeing a rental assistance program. Teresa has maintained lasting relationships with Owners throughout the U.S. and has a dataabse of buyers and sellers. These are special skills which distinguishes Teresa as an experienced housing professional that she brings to her clients. Teresa holds numerous certificates in continuing education in the housing industry, including a Certificate of Excellence from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Teresa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills and a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management which included studying abroad in China with the Pepperdine Delegation of MBA Students. She also holds an Associates Degree in Real Estate and a Certiicate of Real Estate. Teresa is a member of the California Association of Realtors, Greater Los Angeles Beverly Hills Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

During her free time, Teresa enjoy selling real estate, traveling the world, reading novels and autobiographies, attending book signings, and attending plays.
