I have been a real estate investor, broker and advisor for over two decades. I am committed to expertise in urban communities in Los Angeles County but have a huge network throughout the United States. My clients are sophisticated investors, homeowners, first-time buyers and probate and trust fiduciaries. My strategic approach to real estate is favored by my clients who understand that my skill as a negotiator was honed while being an attorney for over a decade before becoming a broker. Financial goals are never lost as my background as a Certified Public Accountant helps me incorporate the analysis of cash flow, appreciation and tax exposure in crafting comprehensive solutions for my clients.

The immediate opportunity is primary, but I am also well versed in considering the potential long-term effects and opportunities. I have trained thousands of brokers and agents and lead the management of Pacific Playa Realty and it’s over 85 agents. Our company has closed billions of dollars of real estate sales in and around Los Angeles County and our client’s satisfaction is reflected in the many positive online reviews and comments.

I am a native Californian, a Los Angeleno and a supermom; I keep a keen eye on ways to enhance and enrich our communities and my clients. In my off time, of which there is little, I enjoy socializing, reading, meditating and yes, looking at properties. I believe in collaborative professionalism, and I have a reputation for getting the job done with integrity and grace. When necessary, I am the “velvet hammer” and my expertise with the contracts, negotiation tactics and mediation often is the glue that keeps the deal together.
